Tiffany D. Sanders, PhD

Dr. Sanders is a Licensed Psychologist and Certified School Psychologist with 9 years of experience evaluating and counseling children, adolescents, and adults with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, mood and anxiety disorders, oppositional defiant disorder, and learning and nonverbal learning disabilities. She is sensitive to women's issues and enjoys helping women find an inner sense of peace, reduce stress levels, manage conflict, and achieve work/life balance. Dr. Sanders particularly enjoys working with children, adolescents and their families to strengthen the family bond, reduce conflict, and enhance communication. She uses a cognitive behavioral and strength-based approach to help clients overcome obstacles to improve their quality of life. 

Dr. Sanders received her undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University with honors in psychology and a minor in family and child studies. She earned her PhD from the University of Florida's School Psychology Program, where she specialized in multicultural psychology and working with at-risk populations. Currently, Dr. Sanders is a student in the Neuropsychology Post-Doctoral Certificate Program at Fielding Graduate University, gaining a thorough understanding of human brain functioning and how it affects her clients’ psychological processes, language, learning, memory, attention, cognition,

and emotional functioning. She is also affiliated with the National Association of School Psychologists and American Psychological Association.

Domenica D. Ottolino-Kaht, MSW, LSW

Mrs. Ottolino-Kaht, is a bilingual/bicultural Licensed Social Worker and certified as a School Social Worker. She received a Masters of Social Work Degree at Dominican University, River Forest, Illinois. Her clinical practice serves both children and adults via individual, group and family counseling sessions.

Mrs. Ottolino-Kaht’s professional experience includes working in both school and community settings. She provides assistance with crisis interventions as well as by providing parent and staff trainings in areas of need. Her primary goal is to enhance the social-emotional and mental well-being of the clients. Mrs. Ottolino-Kaht also strives to create a positive environment for the children. Her primary goal in working with children is to assist the learning process so they can grow socially and academically. She believes this to be important in order to become a good contributing member of our community.

Mrs. Ottolino-Kaht is also sensitive to women's issues. Her goal is to assist women to identify and overcome obstacles that could prevent a women’s general well-being. She enjoys being part of the process of positive change and celebrates the achievement of her client’s personal goals.

michael rouffa LcSW

Michael Rouffa is a licensed clinical social worker and Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor. He has worked as a social worker and therapist for 40 years.  Mr. Rouffa has helped adolescents, couples, older adults, and adults with issues such as depression, anxiety, assertiveness, anger problems, domestic violence, and grief.  He uses a variety of approaches as well as sharing his own life experiences to help individuals and couples learn to understand and accept themselves more fully and work towards desired changes in behavior. His approaches include cognitive-behavioral, parts therapy, and neuro-linguistic programming.

BellamyTiffany M. Bellamy, M.A. M.Ed.

Mrs. Bellamy is a Clinical Intern with extensive experience in counseling children, adolescents, couples and families. She received a Master of Education, with a concentration in Educational Psychology at Loyola University Chicago. Mrs. Bellamy has also received a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Schaumburg, where she is currently completing a doctorate in Clinical Psychology.

Mrs. Bellamy’s professional experience and training includes counseling children and adults with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, mood and anxiety disorders, oppositional defiant disorder. Mrs. Bellamy enjoys working with couples to strengthen and repair marriages and relationships. She is a certified Level 1 Gottman Researched-based relationship counselor and is sensitive to cultural and spiritual beliefs.

Mrs. Bellamy provides a safe and nurturing environment that allows her clients to build confidence as they pursue avenues towards their personal goals. Her approaches include developmental, systems and emotion-focused therapies.

John M. MichetJohn M. Michet, M.Div., M.Ed., LCPC

John M. Michet is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience. His areas of focus include stress/anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, and loss. Mr. Michet is committed to helping individuals and families manage specific problems and issues in order to live life more effectively; and develop unused or underused strengths, resources, and opportunities more fully. His practice consists of standard cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, interpersonal, and supportive therapies for most conditions; although other treatment approaches are used depending on the person or condition. Mr. Michet also integrates psychological and spiritual principles during the counseling process when appropriate and beneficial to achieving the patient’s desired goals. Mr. Michet earned a Master of Divinity Degree from the University of St. Mary of the Lake, Mundelein, Illinois, and a Master of Education Degree from Loyola University Chicago. He also has a Multi-Disciplinary Certificate in Geriatrics for Non-Physicians from the University of Illinois. He is a member of the American Counseling Association and Illinois Counseling Association.

Sharon GlassSharon Glass, LCSW

Dr. Sharon Glass is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 30 years of experience in the field of mental health. She teaches effective parenting techniques of all children, including those with disorders on the Autism Spectrum, learning difficulties, ADHD, mental illness and other disabilities. She works with alternative families, including those with single parents, same sex parents, step families, post-divorce and divorcing families, and marriages mixed by religion or ethnicity. She also helps couples resolve conflicts, evaluate their relationship and improve negotiating and communication skills. She has experience with hospice patients and patients with a range of health challenges from cancer to fibromyalgia.

Dr. Glass earned a BA degree in sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, MSW degree from George Williams College and PhD from the Institute for clinical Social Work.  In addition, she completed the 2 year training program at the Family Institute of Chicago now at Northwestern University, and has studied individual psychotherapy that includes a relational perspective, problem solving, psychodynamic analysis, the interface of psychological and physical processes, and the impact of stress on health, anxiety or depression.

Sharon GlassJamee Adkins Kerkman

Jamee Adkins Kerkman is a Licensed Professional Counselor with the State of Illinois. She graduated from Benedictine University with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology.  She has several years experience conducting individual, family, couples and group counseling. In addition to counseling, Jamee teaches psychology and sociology courses for University of Phoenix and Benedictine University.

Jamee’s training and experience includes treating depression and anxiety, substance abuse, and other mental health disorders using cognitive behavioral therapy and holistic healthcare interventions.  Her therapeutic approach helps motivate her clients towards change; change that enhances spiritual, mental and physical wellness.

Her training and experience also includes behavioral parenting and assisting families through divorce and remarriage. In addition, Jamee conducts marital therapy, with focus on the Gottman method, working with couples on improving communication and other relational problems.

Ericka BurnettEricka Burnett, Human Resource & Office Manager

Ericka Burnett is the Human Resources and Office Manager for Sanders & Associates. She is responsible for the daily operation and administrative management of the office, including business development, human resources, staff management, compliance with laws and regulations affecting employees and the workplace. Ericka has over 10 years of administrative management experience. Having worked in accounting, customer service, insurance and billing, and human resources for various small to large healthcare organizations, she brings to Sanders & Associates a very diverse background. Since 2010, Ericka has managed her own consulting company: specializing in human resources issues and office management to create forward thinking workplaces. She possesses the ability to quickly shift from project to project without being overwhelmed. Most recently, Ericka served as the Human Resources Manager for LifeWatch Corporation where she was responsible for leading and directing the human resources department, including recruitment, benefits & compensation, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and human resources data management. Having the multiplicity of tasks, she understands what is required to distribute the work load, motivate and supervise staff, and coordinate the smooth operations of and office. Ericka holds a Bachelors of Arts in Business Management. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and is pursuing her certification for human resources professionals.

Lakeisha MurryLakeisha Murry

Lakeisha Murry is an office assistant. She brings to Sanders & Associates a diverse background in healthcare which allows her to communicate and understand the needs of our internal and external partners. Lakeisha's ability to interface well with all levels including patients, professionals, and children along with her excellent attention to detail makes her a valuable asset to this company. In Lakeisha’s free time she likes to read and spend time with her family.

Melanie WilliamsMelanie Williams, Billing Manager

Melanie Williams manages the billing department for Sanders & Associates. Prior to Sanders & Associates, she worked as an Account Manager in the mortgage industry for nine years. She has training in insurance and medical claims processing in accordance with professional, legal and insurance standards. Melanie prides herself in providing great customer service, and brings a great deal of organizational and administrative skills. Her passion for providing excellent service and her eagerness to master the billing industry is a great asset to the company. In May 2012, she will be conferred her degree in Health Information Management and certification in Medical Billing and Coding.
